A Day of Adventure at Jeudland!
On Wednesday, May 14th, Groups 4 and 5 set off for an exciting day at Jeudland, and what a day it was! With the sun shining brightly from start to finish, the weather added an extra sparkle to an already special outing.
By Ms. Nola Mccabe, Group 5 TeacherWe arrived at 9:00 a.m., greeted by eager smiles and buzzing excitement. The day kicked off with a group snack, giving everyone a chance to fuel up and get ready for the adventures ahead.
The students then dove into a wide variety of activities, each more thrilling than the last. From building huts using real hammers and nails, to racing around the go-kart track, bouncing on the big jumper, playing football, splashing in the water area, and zooming down a long zip line – there was something for everyone to enjoy.
This was one of my favourite trips ever! It felt amazing to run around in the sun with the warm breezeDhriti, Group 5
At noon, we gathered again for a well-earned lunch. By that point, many of the students were already happily worn out from the morning’s fun, but that didn’t stop them from jumping back into the activities afterward!
We ended the day on a sweet note with a group ice cream treat before heading back. It was a fantastic day full of laughter, adventure, and unforgettable memories.
It was very fun and my favourite part was the big trampolineVedant, Group 5
It was super fun. I loved it because we were out in the fresh air and there were so many exciting things to do. I want to go there again!Dhwani, Group 5
At OIS, we love trips like this because they bring our learning community together outside the classroom — encouraging curiosity, adventure and joyful memories that last a lifetime. Here’s to many more days like this! 🌞🌿✨
