OIS Celebrates the Magic of Young Authors!

May was officially Book Month at OIS, and our students turned into literary wizards with the Young Authors initiative.

During the month of May, we invited all children to write and submit books for the school library, and they jumped right in, turning their wildest imaginations into amazing stories.

Creating these books took a bit more than a month, as our young authors needed extra time to let their ideas sparkle.

Many stories were written at home with help from their parents, while others came to life during language lessons at school.

The topics were as varied as our students: tales about sports, monsters, friendship, fairies, and even entire dictionaries! Group 3 and 5 students got poetic and made beautiful poetry books.

We are super proud of our young authors and thrilled about the new books everyone can now enjoy in the library. Thank you for sharing your writing magic with us!
